Admission to any course is for one academic year only. Students will be admitted to the higher class on the basis of a fresh application for admission, taking into account their progress in studies, the regularity of attendance, conduct, and behavior during the previous year.

Those who have passed the Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) Examination, or any other examination recognized by the Board as equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the two-year Pre-University Course.

1. English - Compulsory for all
2. One of the following languages: Kannada, Hindi or Sanskrit

1. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology (PCMB)
2. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science (PCMC)
3. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Electronics (PCME)

Note: Those who apply for Science must have a minimum of 75% marks in both Science and Mathematics.
